Service starts with basic “What is” questions: approximate quest age, social and income demographics and the location of your function. Is your fundraiser an annual event? If so we ask that you provide us with information, such as interest level of your patrons. This will enable us to make appropriate selection of items to best suite guests needs.
 

Credit card services

Credit card payments are essential for every event. BMSP offers credit card services in case your group or organization does not have the ability to do so. If BMSP provides the credit card service, BMSP will reconcile after the event, and pay your organization at this time. If BMSP does not handle the credit card service for you, we ask once that you secure all payments. We will send you an invoice, via e-mail, within 24 hours of the event.
